The Hannusch family name has developed from the given name: Johann or Johannes. As Jack is to John in the English, so Hans is to Johnann in the German. Hanus is the equivalent of Jack or Hans in the Bohem-Czech culture. The optional "n" and "ch" came with the German adaptation.
